We the Lancashire Workforce Development Partnership (LWDP) will make every effort to provide the best possible service to all our customers. However, there may be occasions when people are not happy with some part of that service. We recognise the right of all LWDP members and individuals working with and for us to inform us of any comments suggestions or complaints they may have.
We are always looking to improve our services and all comments, suggestions or complaints will be taken seriously used to improve the service offered. It is our intention that all comments, suggestions and complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively. All comments suggestions and complaints should, in the first instance be sent to the above address.
All complaints received will be recorded and investigated by the LWDP Head of Operations within seven working days of receiving the complaint. If the complaint involves a third party, opportunity will be afforded for that organisations system's for dealing with complaints to be implemented.
The Operations Manager will make arrangements to discuss the outcome of the investigation with the complainant.
An elected panel will be available if arbitration is required. Membership of this panel may include an LCC representative, LWDP Chair or Vice Chair and the LWDP Management Chief Executive.
Every effort will be made to rectify the complaint, however, if we cannot rectify the complaint to the complainant’s satisfaction, the complainant may at any stage contact an independent body.
Where the activity is NVQ related, all causes for concern, appeals or complaints should be dealt with under the centres agreed policy that has been endorsed by the awarding body and meets QCA guidance, in the first instance.
