There is a growing demand for good H.R. advice. Many employers are too small to take on H.R. Managers
and with rapidly changing legislation it is vital that employers are up to date
and confident to interpret legislation, and their own policies. Good H.R advice
means that it is available when you need it, sensitive to the rights of employees
and helpful in thinking through how you implement both your policy and your
procedures. With this in mind, LWDP are considering different ways of
providing support to meet the changing requirements and expectations of service
