As an independent social care provider you are entitled to an LWDP user ID and
Password. They will be your gateway to the Lancashire Workforce Development Partnership's
(LWDP) world of Information Technology (IT) services, that include:
The LWDP website care provider area
Sector specific news and information and access to all of the other LWDP IT software
that is constantly updated, your user ID and Password logs you into the area that
is specific to you eg. learning difficulty, childrens services.. and keeps you up
to date with the LWDP's Partnership group.
LancashirePlan
Your free online staff management tool used for booking courses, tracking progress
and reporting and many other useful tools to manage staff. Company administrators
can also grant each staff member their own LWDP User ID and Password from within
LancashirePlan.
Scils
Scils is an independent organisation providing information and learning services
to health, social care, education and housing.
CareSeeker (Lancashire)
FREE Service
CareSeeker (Lancashire) is an internet based search facility that will allow
potential service users, families and advocates to search through listings of the
care providers in Lancashire to find a service that fits their needs. Although CareSeeker
is not available to the public yet, if you log into the LWDP members section of
the website you will have access to the site (including your own care organisation)
before the launch.
How do I become an LWDP care provider?
If you provide any form of Social Care within Lancashire to any sector (e.g.
Older People, Childrens Services) or if you offer services within Lancashire.
How do I get access to an LWDP User ID and Password?

What if I forget my User ID or Password?
Your user ID can be re-issued and your password can be reset by contacting the
AccessPlanIT office.
