Peninsula Licences and Information

As you know LWDP have offered licences for Care Provider organisations to receive the Employment Law support service from Peninsula. As there were still some licences left Peninsula have offered to include Health and Safety support and information to the licence, this has already happened for those organisations which chose to take a licence.

That is why The Lancashire Workforce Development Partnership and Peninsula Business Services are working together to offer LWDP care organisations practical employment law/HR advice, through the provision of a Service Level Agreement up to December 2009.  Peninsula is the UK’s largest Employment Law & Health and Safety consultancy, providing HR support to organisations  24/7.

The Service Level Agreement gives LWDP care organisations:

·         Unlimited 24hr Advice Service on Employment Law/HR issues

·         Indemnity Provision in the event of an Employment Tribunal

·         Access to training on a range of Employee Relations key issues

·         Access to template contractual documentation
