If you are working with organisations who have undertaken overseas recruitment and you are training these staff with funds from the LWDP you must ensure that the employing organisation has complied with the codes as detailed below.

There is a code of practice available at http://www.sccir.org.uk/ for social care. 

There is a similar code for nurses and there is reported to be some issues with overseas Government.
