Lancashire Plan is a learning management system provided by the LWDP which enables you to identify, book and report on the learning and development of your workforce.

By using Lancashire Plan you can now quickly and easily produce reports to present as part of CQC compliance criteria during inspection visits. These reports will provide underpinning evidence about your organisations commitment to the continuous professional development of your employees, which can be measured against the National Minimum Standards framework for Social Care, and Lancashire County Council Adult Services preferred provider requirement criteria.

Lancashire Plan also opens a portal for searching and booking training, providing information on training providers throughout Lancashire, course listings, availability and venues
