Continuous Professional Development/Post Qualification Grants

LWDP: CPD/PQ grants Until a full policy review agrees new ways of working, the 2003/04 & 2004/05 process will be used, that is: - The grants are for “professionals” that is nurses, social workers or PAM plus registered managers. They are to support the required CPD for the profession for example, for Nurses = PREP or for Social Workers = PQ. Applications are by letter and require course dates, outcomes and profession Grants are for up to £500, payable on completion. There will be monthly reviews of applications by the training sub-group.
