Lancashire Workforce Development Partnership (LWDP) is working with Skills for Care to undertake a survey on recruitment & retention across private and voluntary organisations who provide social care in Lancashire.
The aim of the survey is to identify what the real issues are for organisations in Lancashire. We expect the results will show what support might be helpful to you, identify areas of good practice in recruitment & retention and help us to produce a support pack for organisations.
A report will be produced on the findings from the survey and will be available on the LWDP and Skills for Care websites later this year.
Any information will be anonymised on the report so that organisations will not be able to be identified.
